Once you have made your selection on www.mfi.co.uk and you have added the items to your basket, you will be given details of our delivery options, you will also have the opportunity to select a different delivery address. When you have selected your preferred delivery date and time you will be prompted for your payment details, which are processed using our secure Sage Pay system.

We ask that If you want to make any changes to your order that you telephone us on 0845 122 4500 (Local rate call) and speak to one of our Customer Service team. We will do everything we can to help. Changes to your order within a few days of placing it aren’t normally a problem. Please also note that when items are ordered at different times we cannot guarantee colour matching due to variations between batches, fabrics and leather. Changing an order may cause a delay with your delivery time and may alter the price you have been quoted.
If you would like to know how long a specific item(s) of furniture will take to be delivered, please call our friendly Customer Service team, who will be able to check your items and confirm the earliest delivery option for you. Please note that availability information is updated daily and that MFI cannot be held responsible for delays to lead times that fall outside of our control. MFI are committed to providing you with a 1st class Customer Service and we will contact you at the earliest opportunity if there are to be any changes to the delivery date from when you originally placed your order.

When you place your order with MFI you will have already requested the approximate date that you would like to take delivery of your item(s). If anything changes and we cannot meet your requested delivery date, we will let you know as soon as possible. While MFI cannot be held responsible for any delays to your delivery which are beyond our control, we are committed to keeping you informed to any changes to your delivery date.
We do request that you make arrangements to be at home on your requested delivery date. Your delivery will need to be signed for, our drivers will not leave items unattended or in an out house. If you do miss your delivery date your item(s) will be returned to the courier depot and we will contact you to arrange a further delivery date. For all “Non Deliverable Consignments” a card will be left and a charge of £30.00 for re-delivery will be required.
No, unfortunately we do not offer this option. Most local councils will collect old furniture.
No, because of the high volumes of furniture we have coming in and out of the warehouse we are not able to store any furniture on your behalf.
Before ordering any item(s) with MFI please ensure you check all doorways and stair cases that the furniture has to pass through. Also check the size of the space where the item(s) is going to live.
