Cancellations & Returns 

To cancel or change your online order 
If you've placed an order through our website by mistake, or you want to cancel your online order for another reason, just call our telesales staff on 0800 023 4457 between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday, and between 10am and 5pm on Sundays. 

To cancel or change your in-store purchase 
If however, you have goods that you have bought in store please contact your local store to arrange to return them. For details of the store nearest to you see our Store Locator

To return goods 
If you've purchased goods online or through our telesales department we will arrange to collect the goods with pleasure. Just call our telesales team on 0800 028 0937 who will be happy to help. Alternatively, you can take the items to your nearest store. All goods must be unassembled and in perfect condition so we can resell them. 

Replacing damaged goods 
If you find your goods are damaged when they are delivered, your delivery contractor will contact Customer Services on your behalf and organise for a replacement to be delivered. If the damage is discovered after the delivery contractor has left, you'll need to contact our Customer Services on the telephone number printed on the top of your delivery note.
