Distance Selling Regulations
This paragraph sets out those items required pursuant to the EC Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 97/7) as ratified by the Consumer Protection (Contracts Concluded by Means of Distance Communications) Regulations 2000.
This paragraph is subject to our terms and conditions:
a. Identity. The supplier of any goods purchased pursuant to the Terms and Conditions is: MFI Retail Limited
b. Description of Goods. The goods sold pursuant to these Regulations comprise items selected from those available on our Website.
c. Price. The price of goods purchased via the Website shall be the price advertised on our price list at the time of purchase together with Value Added Tax and any other relevant tax thereon at prevailing rates from time to time.
d. Delivery Costs. Goods are delivered directly to your home address if you live within the UK mainland (including Northern Ireland), however a delivery charge will apply which will depend on the value of your purchase. You will be notified of the delivery charge before you complete your purchase. For weekend deliveries and/or deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, the Scottish Islands or the republic of Ireland additional delivery charges may also apply.
e. Payment. Payment for any goods purchased pursuant to these terms must be made by debit or credit card at the time of placing the order and prior to delivery.
f. Cancellation In accordance with the Regulations and in certain circumstances you have a right of cancellation within seven days.
