MFI Is Awarded Retailer Of The Year, 2001
We know our products are good - and we hope you agree with us. But it's rewarding when our achievements are recognised by both our customers and those 'in the know'. It was therefore with great delight that the team at MFI accepted this year's 'Retailer of the Year' award from Your Home magazine at the Your Home Awards 2001 ceremony held in London.
Hosted by Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, the ceremony comprised of 14 award categories with dozens of interiors companies nominated from all over the UK.
Each category was judged by a panel including Sue Rose, editor of Your Home, Linda Barker, TV designer, and James Dyson, entrepreneur. Your Home readers were also asked to vote in all 14 categories for their favourites.
The competition was stiff, but MFI pipped retail giant John Lewis at the post for the award. We were also extremely pleased to have shared the runners-up award in the 'Kitchen of the Year' category for our Schreiber TriBeCa kitchen.
