Choosing a product 

We have our full product range online and you can get to these products really easily: 

Fancy a browse? 
To browse through our range of products, use the menu on the left. It lists every room in your home - Bedroom, Lounge and Dining, Kitchen, Bathroom and Home Office. 

Just click into your room of interest to display a more detailed list of products and categories. In the 'Ideas' section, you'll also find useful tips and our 'Inspiration' articles, which you'll find really interesting. 

Know what you want? 
If you know what you're looking for, use the Quick Find menu - you'll get there in one click! Alternatively, type one or two relevant words or a product SKU into the keyword/SKU search box and click on Go

When you've found a product you like, you can add it to My Room Ideas (a useful scrapbook) and return to it later, or click on Buy Now to put it straight into your shopping basket.

How to use 'My Basket' 

  1. When you reach an item you want to order, simply click on Buy Now which will add this item to your basket. You can see your basket in the top right of every page.

    If you decide that you don't want to go ahead with your purchase right away, we won't empty your shopping basket. We'll keep it filled with all the items shown here for the next 60 days. So the next time you visit our website, you won't have to start at square one! 

  2. To increase or decrease the quantity of a product, change the number in the quantity box and click on Update. The page will refresh, showing the new quantity and amended pricing. 

  3. To remove a product, simply click on X in the Remove column. The page will refresh to update this request. 

  4. You can check the items in your basket at any time by clicking on View Basket, which is available on every page. Or you can get to it by clicking on My Order (in the top menu). You'll see your current shopping list and balance, and you can increase/decrease quantities or remove items if you want to. 

  5. When you have finished adding items to your basket and wish to buy, click on Checkout on the upper right of the page. You will be asked to log in or register (if you haven't done so already).

About 'My Order' 

Your Account appears in the menu across the top of your screen. 

If you click on this section you'll be able to:
  • view your basket 

  • see how your orders are progressing in Order Tracker

  • view your previous orders 

  • view your room ideas and designs

  • change your details for future orders and 

  • you'll also find a comprehensive guide to ordering, called Help With My Order

Ordering and delivery 

When you are ready to make your order, just click on Checkout on the upper right of the page. This will take you to your basket, then click on Proceed to Checkout.

You'll be asked to:
  • log in or register 

  • check your delivery and billing address 

  • select a preferred delivery date 

  • enter your credit card details    
If you've selected items from our bathroom or sofa ranges as well as items from our other product ranges, you will be asked to give two or three delivery dates. This is because our bathroom and sofa products are shipped direct from the supplier, and we need to make separate arrangements to get your products to you. 

Shortly after you have sent your order through to us you will receive confirmation and invoice details via email. 

We deliver to anywhere on the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight (With the exception of bathrooms to the Isle of Wight).  Delivery normally takes place within 14 days (subject to availability) and the date agreed is the date we stick to.

Changing your delivery and product details 

If you've already placed an online order and you need to change either the product or delivery details, you should contact our telesales team on 0800 023 4457 between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday, and between 10am and 5pm on Sundays. 

Or, for future orders, you can change your delivery and/or billing address by selecting Change My Details, which is in Your Account (see menu across the top of your screen).
