How to use 'My Basket' 

How to add an order to your basket 
When you reach an item you want to order, simply click on Add to Order and you will automatically be taken to My Basket

If you decide that you don't want to go ahead with your purchase right now, we won't empty your shopping basket straightaway. We'll keep it filled with all the items shown here for the next 60 days. So the next time you visit our website, you won't have to start at square one! 


How to change the quantity of a product 
To increase or decrease the quantity of a product, change the number in the quantity box and click on Update. The page will refresh, showing the new quantity and amended pricing. 


How to remove a product 
To remove a product, simply click on X in the Remove column. The page will refresh to update this request. 


How to access 'My Basket' while browsing 
You can check the items in your basket at any time by clicking on View Basket, which is available on every page. Or you can get to it by clicking on My Order (in the top menu). You'll see your current shopping list and balance, and you can increase/decrease quantities or remove items if you want to. 


How to place and pay for orders using 'My Basket' 
When you have finished adding items to your basket and wish to buy, click on Proceed to Checkout. You will be asked to log in or register (if you haven't done so already). 


The Checkout works as follows: 

Order Summary page 
This shows your current delivery and billing addresses (which you can change by clicking on Change these details). It also shows the details of your order. 


Delivery Details page 
This allows you to select your preferred delivery date, to let us know about any instructions you may want to give to the delivery driver, and to give us a contact telephone number on the day of delivery. If you've selected items from our bathrooms range as well as items from our other product ranges, you will be asked to select two delivery dates. This is because our bathroom products are shipped direct from the supplier, and we need to make separate arrangements to get your products to you. 


Payment Details page 
You will need to have your credit/debit card details handy to fill out this page and we will also ask you to confirm you've read our Terms & Conditions by clicking in the tick box. Then, to send you order and payment through to us, simply click on Submit My Order. Following this, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. 


Changing the details of your order 
To change your details, cancel the order, or if you've placed it by mistake, you can phone our telesales staff on 0800 023 4557 who will be happy to help. Lines are open between 9am and 6pm Monday to Saturday and Sunday between 10am and 5pm. 


Changing your details for future orders 
You can change your password, name and delivery and billing address for future orders by clicking on Change My Details (which can be found in My Order on the top menu).
