Where's my order?

At MFI we understand the importance of excellent Customer Service and clear communication, and that is why we are committed to tracking your order every step of the way, from you placing your order, to it arriving safely in your home.

Once you have placed your order with MFI you can call our friendly Customer Service team and they will be able to check your order status and tell you where we are in the delivery process. When your furniture arrives into our warehouse one of our team will call you to confirm your delivery arrangements. Where your delivery is made by our 2 man team we will also SMS you the night before your delivery and call you on the morning of your delivery within a 2 hour time window of when they expect to be at your home.

Within 48hrs prior to your delivery you will also be able to track and trace your item(s) online.
