They are plastic and do what they say on the box and give a nice soft lighting effect in my garden. I would recommend them

Outside solar lights
Not that impressed first of all they came in the box and they were all mixed up so took ages to sort out the lights into a long line. I’ve charged them for two days like they said and some are working and some are very dim not even sure if I’m gonna bother to put them up.
