OsakaHand Woven Chunky Wool Rug - Taupe

The wool isn’t spun as such so the fibres are quite loose and start to form little ‘webs’ on top of the rugs, where the rugs are walked on the most due to friction. Vacuuming these rugs , I bought 2, is hard. I can’t use the extra suction because a mat of rug fibre clogs my vacuum cleaner up. It must be done in one direction only as not to dislodge even more fibre. I untangle these little webs daily and tuck them under the woven loops. It doesn’t look nice. It looks very worn and i have only had them a matter of weeks. I am hoping this will all calm down and the rugs, after loosing the initial loose fibres, will come into their own. They are beautifully made I must say and I am very reluctant to return them hoping it is only temporary. If not then I will return them and refer to this review when stating why I am not happy with them.
