Don’t buy and poor service

I bought a set of chest and wardrobe and subsequently this second chest to match as the first chest was far too shallow and not large enough, but I had to match the style. The second chest arrived, but was manufactured incorrectly and I couldn’t build it. MFI acknowledged it’s a manufacturing error after about a week and I’ve now waited two more weeks and still don’t have the replacement, confirmation that it’s been shipped or even an expected date! In addition, I found the surface of the first chest to be fragile - it’s a paper - foil and liquids, if spilled, destroy it. And to add insult to injury, one of the hinges in the wardrobe broke. Out of three units, not one has been a good experience.
