Review From Trustpilot
The switch was completely unusable straight out of the box. As it is a screwless design, the faceplate needs to be removed to attach the switch to the wall. However, the faceplate was so firmly fixed that it would not budge at all. This made it impossible to install and rendered the product entirely useless. Very disappointing, as the basic installation process should be straightforward. Poor design and quality control - cannot not recommend it.

Thank you for your feedback. This product comes with a tool in the packaging that is used to remove the wing nut around the toggle switch (as the plate will not come off whilst the wing nut is still on). We're sorry to hear you may not have received the tool or that it perhaps wasn't clear how to use it. We're looking at how we can improve instructions to make this clearer for our customers in future.

Amazing 4 gang toggle switch
Struggled to find the look for the price we can afford when the whole house needs new switches. These are perfect.
